Kymani Farrel - 3 Years old Shot

A THREE-year-old boy is fighting for his life at hospital after being shot in the chest in an attack in which the target was his father who was shot seven times. Both survived.

The bullet that struck little Kymani Farrel missed his heart and exited through the back. 
Father Augustine Farrel, 38, was shot in the lower body on Sunday night near the family’s home in Todds Road, Central Trinidad.

The father was expected to undergo emergency surgery at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex yesterday. 

Farrel’s wife and Kymani’s mother, Kelly Ramdial, was just footsteps behind them when the shooter emerged from behind a clump of bushes and opened fire at Berkeley Drive, off Fletcher Road.  - Trinidad Express
